All registered students of Class-XI who have been promoted to Class-XII are hereby informed to submit their Bank Account Details to School latest by Monday, 12th July, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. Students who do not have their Bank Accounts must submit their Parents’ Bank Account Details.

All registered students of Class-XI in the academic session 2021-22 are directed to enroll in Class-XII within 15th July, 2021 with information including Bank details. The information would be used for the purpose of distribution of incentives towards purchasing of tablet / computer / smart mobile phone under the scheme: ‘Taruner Swapna’ like previous year to facilitate the students with online learning activities. This may kindly be noted that utmost care is to be taken while updating data in order to avoid further hazards.

Applicants who have taken Admission are intimated to submit their Registration Fee of WBCHSE at the School Office as per following details: XI Science and all Girls of any stream must submit their fees for Registration Forms, Examination Fee etc. @Rs.260/- only for Non-Lab based subjects & @Rs.280/- for Lab based subjects on 26/9/2020 from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Moreover, XI Arts & XI Commerce boys must submit their Registration fees @Rs.260/- for Non-Lab based subjects and Rs.280/- for Lab based subjects on 28/9/2020 from 11.30 am to 4.00 pm.
After collecting the form from Regional Office of WBCHSE, School will again call students along with 2 copies of Black and white latest stamp size photograph to complete the process within time.
Girl Students of Class XI (Arts, Science & Commerce) and Boy Students of Class XI Science are hereby informed to collect their books and exercise books from the school on and from 15th Sep to 16th Sep 2020 from 12 Noon to 3 PM.

Book List for Class XI – XII:
Students of Class-XII are requested to take their admission as early as possible as the online study materials are already being provided on the website and teaching learning process has already been initiated.
Class – XI Applicants who have completed the Admission Process must submit all the original documents mentioned in the Admission Portal to Sri S.N.Singh, to confirm the provisional admission in the School along with TC & payment proof.
All the respected guardians of students who appeared for Class – XII (H.S.) Exams are requested to come to the School on 4th August, 2020 for classes XIIA, XIIC & XIIE, on 6th August 2020 for XIIB, on 7th August 2020 for XIID, on 10th August 2020 for rest of the classes at 12 Noon and onwards to collect the Mark sheets for H. S exam on behalf of their respective wards. No one shall be allowed without mask. School will remain closed on 5th, 8th, 20th, 21st, 27th, 28th, 31st August due to state wide lockdown.
